The Collins comes in about 35g so I'm guessing the Kat Eyez is lighter. But the thing I like about the Collins vs Elliot Elite is the smoothness of the thumb screw motion. The Collins has higher threads per inch than the screw on the Elliott which makes it operate much smoother.
