Generally, 150s are 2% drop chance or (X). Each player (P) in your party changes the drop chance to (P) (X). It is a very easy way to get 15 invo but slows the raid down fairly massively yeah, a lot of people crutch on it rather than learning better/more efficient invos like upset stomach etc. In teams it is a lot less of a time loss but still probably shouldn't be on til 400ish.
