At the end of the day credit hours are a pretty good indication imo. I graduated and took all those classes (3790) + 3600 + one PSYC class - VIP in one semester (6x3=18 credits). While those classes may be a lot of work, it’s easy when you only spend 15 hours/week in class (even less if you skip class or watch recordings).The main thing that you need is good recommendation letters. Undergraduates aren't necessarily expected to have a publication or an internship at a lab, but having a relationship with professors is important. But if you're a third year you have plenty of time to still make a relationship with research professors.The only graded parts are 3 tests, 1 final, 10 pre-lab assessments, and 12 labs (give or take a couple). My experience using windows was that most TAs are using a Mac and the assignments are just way easier to complete on a Mac.
