The HR* added kind of a buzz on top of everything that I didn’t like. If the Custom Dark feels stuffy to you, you’re probably using the wrong reed.They are odd-looking things, with a little circular "punch-out" at the rear end of the playable part of the reed. It is just thick enough for a uniform layer of color, just barely thicker than a layer of 'tarnish'.May 7, 2023 · The Supreme comes in seven different finishes. This means that, in the hypothetical two-model system, it wouldn't be possible to buy, say, a new silver-plated Selmer horn without springing for a Supreme. I play tested two Buffet-Crampon Baritone Saxophones - one lacquered, one matte; two Selmers, a Series Three and Series Two; and a Antiqua, black lacquer. The only one that came close to my Yamaha was the Antiqua. I have just learned how to play Sax for about 8 months, and I have a lot of fun. I just wonder if it is common in the Sax community to have a Sax Group. Other than Sax, I play piano and I belong to several Piano Groups.6) transpose and repeat; 7) record what you played and check for areas to improve. This sequence is quite similar to what a good singer would do.
