Luckily, if it's floating, the normal sink times don't seem to apply to the key, at least not in my experience. To complete the voyage you grab the manifest from the ship and you don’t need the key to do that, it will just be much less lucrative but it sells for about 3k I think non emmsaried. So I suggest replacing the 2 x Emissary Cargo Run Voyages you get with one high tier, high risk Lost Shipment Voyage. Perhaps the manifest could be a higher value variant as well.
