Take the pulse dampner off the end of the fuel rail, insert -6AN fitting and run a braided line back to the tank under the back seat. Then drill a hole in the tank for another fitting to connect the line too.With one of you pulling the hood release, the other can try either pushing down on the front of the hood, or lifting up. Once it's open, you can see what's wrong. At a minimum you likely need to lube the lock on the chassis & the cable. These are a "hall effect switch", thus they need to be powered up and then you check for output voltage from the switch. The voltage should come/go based on whether or not a belt is buckled in. The sensor is standing up with the plug on top. You can also look on top of the trans "just behind" where the coil pack ends (towards the firewall), same sensor.

Redline used to just have MT90 which is a 75w-95 oil, so I think if you search the forum there are people who have tried it straight or with mixing it roughly 3 to 1 with a little MTL which is a lighter-weight gear oil.
