Nov 14, 2022 · Super aggressive sound. I traded that and my 2019 Custom Trail Boss with the 5.3L in for my 2021 LT Trail Boss with the 6.2L. I wanted this one to have more grumble than my Custom Trail Boss, but not quite as obnoxious as the Camaro lol. I went with Magnaflow's cat-back dual-split exit with the quad tail pipes. . The damage appears to be from the scoop rubbing on the paint on the four corners. Installed the 1.5” spacers today. I really like the wider stance. I have a ReadyLift 2” level kit and 295/70-18 Toyos on stock wheels and did not rub at all. After the spacers, the fronts just barely rubbed the inner mud flap. I removed the mud flap brackets and trimmed the mudflaps and no clearance issues at all now. The Split.
