RW427. I'm new to TT. I bought a 2004 DRZ400E that has carburetor problems. The accelerator pump passage that goes through the body of the carburetor is clogged. I have soaked the carb in carb cleaner, sprayed carb cleaner and used compressed air, and even used an ultrasonic cleaner on the main carburetor body and can not get the passage ...Have a DRZ400E in the shop, low km's, been sitting, not able to get it to stay running. Backfires through the inlet and stalls. Unable to get idle speed set properly, either too high or too low. As its a slide carb the idle adjuster changes the point at which the slide stops, further adjusting done with mixture screw to get correct idle speed.
