The carburetor is missing the vacuum break assy. I had manual choke cable hooked up running to dash. Had to rebuild carb, and wasn't paying attention when I disassembled choke linkage., Vacuum Break Adjustment. Unloader Adjustment. Automatic Choke Adjustment. This adjustment screw is for the ‘adjustable part throttle’ and is factory set, leave it alone. If you already removed it, turn it in until seated, then turn out 4 turns. Looks like a short piece of hose coming off the carb base into a tee, out of the tee to the choke pull off. The other side of the tee into a piece of hose (3840846), then into a connector (3923213) and then into the hose associated with the air cleaner.
