I came across a manual that shows the two tensioner bolts torqued to 35nm. For the idler pulley is says 35nm for initial installation and 25nm for follow-up operations, the pulley came with a new bolt so went with 35nm but if i were to reuse the bolt i guess that means 25nm is good.
