NYU Chemistry currently has two Summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) programs that aim to increase exposure to research in the areas of Materials Science/Engineering and Chemical Biology. Participation in the programs provides unique research experiences, professional development opportunities and research ethics.

DEADLINE for Applications is February 15, 2024. The National Science Foundation, who makes REU (Research Experience for Undergraduates) possible, gives undergraduates the opportunity to join research projects for the summer. This allows students to experience first-hand how basic research is carried out, and to contribute consequentially.Additional Information.
