Before the RXOM position was created there was some back and forth between senior techs. My old tier 4 store had myself and one other senior tech. Our styles clashed sometimes. Anyway I declined the RXOM gig and now I'm at a store with an RXOM and I'm the only senior tech. Im rxom I do it all but most days im stuck filling. I open 4 days a week and close the other. Im the fastest filler and because we are so busy I can handle by myself what 2 techs can in the filling area since I have to have a dedicated tech for vaccines and testing.
