I was rejected by 4, waitlisted by 2, and still waiting on one more.Contact the school via whatever means you prefer and tell them to take you off their waitlist. Can confirm this works 100%. On a serious note, after sending the schools your academic updates or letters of intent, I suggest you don't bother them anymore. It's just a waiting game now.

Not all students report their results on SDN, and most straight-accepted students don't appear to. Again, WL here is not at all a death sentence.
