If I turn the ignition to off and don't move the wheel, I hardly ever have problems with the key not wanting to turn when I come back to the vehicle. 2010 Subaru Outback 3.6R :Pop open the column plastic and right near the ignition is a plug with two wires, just unplug it. The usual cause of the issue is trying to remove the key too fast after stopping. People get in a hurry and stop/put in park/twist the key out. Thanks in advance.
