I figured it out though! Cat hair! It’s getting stuck on that fuzzy seal strip that’s attached to the globe! When it cycles and it gets to the point where the strip gets close to the sensor it trips it thinking that a something has interrupted the cycle. So a bit of a pain in the butt.2+ months here and our 3 cats use it over a regular litter box. Plugged it in and set it up. Added litter and 15ish minutes later the first one used it. Last one was using it by the 5th day. They still all play in it though. The charcoal filters last 3-4 weeks to keep the smell down. No more litter smell.
